What counts as a customer who claims?
Each time a customer claims one of your deals or rewards and gets a code, it counts toward your monthly number. Posting a deal and being shown to people is free: you pay for customers who chose your offer, not for views or clicks.
Is there a fee on rewards?
No. There is no fee on reward claims. A customer claiming a deal or reward costs you nothing beyond your plan.
What is the ticket fee?
When you sell paid event tickets, a fee is taken from each ticket sale: 10% on Free, 5% on Starter, 4% on Business and 3% on Enterprise. Free tickets have no fee.
What happens if I reach my plan's limit?
Your listing stays up and people can still find you, but no new codes are issued for your deals until the next month, or until you move to a bigger plan.
Do customers pay anything?
No. Finding and claiming deals is free for customers, in the app, by text or on WhatsApp.
