Delete Specific Data

Keep your Ask Lucilla account but delete some of its data. Your login and profile stay. Only the categories you select are removed.

Your Ask Lucilla account is separate from the Lucilla fitness app, so this does not touch any fitness account.

Note

USDC transaction records (paid orders, tickets, bookings and rewards that paid out USDC) and the identifying details linked to them are kept for as long as applicable law requires, so they cannot be removed here. Through full account deletion they move to a locked retention store and are permanently deleted when the retention period ends.

Business listings you own

Your listings with their deals, menus, photos and review replies

Wallet link

The link between your account and your wallet. The wallet itself and its on-chain history are not changed

Device identifiers

Push notification tokens and device IDs

What cannot be deleted here

USDC transaction records and the details linked to them (kept as long as applicable law requires)
On-chain transactions (public, immutable blockchain records)
Open orders, bookings and tickets until they are completed, cancelled or refunded
Live deals and reward campaigns you run until you end them

I understand that deleting the selected data is permanent and cannot be undone. My Ask Lucilla account stays active, and the selected data is removed within 30 days.
