For cafes, barbers, caterers and local shops

People nearby are deciding where to go. Make it your door.

Draw a zone around the blocks you can serve: a campus, a busy corner, a venue. People there who ask Lucilla for what you sell get your deal and a one-time code to use at your counter. You pay one flat monthly plan.

Location-exclusive deals

A deal that only works on your blocks, in your hour.

Pick the ground and the hour. Only someone inside the zone at that moment can claim it, and the code is used once: at your counter, on the job or at the door.

Example, not live data
    01Students near McMaster

A promo zone around the campus for your slow afternoon. Students there claim it, walk to your shop and the code is used at the counter.

    02Cashback on a busy corner

A cashback zone on the corner people already pass. They claim there and are pulled to your door.

03An event, used at the door

A zone around the venue. People claim around it and the code is used at the door.

Set it from your phone or by text, in a sentence: “students near McMaster, 900 m”. The circle is drawn for you.

Ask for something first if you want: a one-question poll, a follow, a photo. The code unlocks after, and you see the answers.

    Works with

Connect the tools you already run.

Connect the till, store or calendar you already use and Lucilla works inside it: a deal rings up at the register, a one-time code works at your online checkout, bookings stay in step. Tiles marked “in review” are waiting on their platform, not on us.

    The story

Local shops are invisible to the new way people shop.

    $30.57

Ads charge for attention, not customers.

One US restaurant search-ad lead in 2026; $66.69 across all industries. A lead is a click, a call or a form. Nobody tells you if that person walked in.

    No feed

AI assistants have nothing live to send people to.

They read reviews and websites. They cannot see today's offer, hand someone a code, or tell you someone nearby just asked for what you sell.

    Scattered

The work still lands on you.

Bookings, order emails, review replies, hours and messages each live in a different app.

    One answer

We don't sell attention. We count visits.

    • People ask by text, in the app, or from ChatGPT and Claude
    • Lucilla answers with the business that has it, and a live deal
    • They claim a one-time code, used once at your counter, on your store or on the job
    • You run the rest of your day by text

    How it grows your business

From what people want to who walked in.

    01Hear what people want

People text, chat or ask an AI for "dinner tonight" or "a haircut", and post on Pulse. You see the real demand near you.

    02Answer with the right deal

Lucilla writes the offer inside your rules: a promo, cashback, an event, a Quick Deal, or a deal only people in a zone you draw on the map can claim. Draw a zone across town to test a new audience.

    03Bring people in

Customers share your deal by text, WhatsApp, email or social with their own code. Friends and local creators earn only when someone they sent actually comes in. You set the amount per visit and a monthly cap.

    04Count the visit

A code is used once: scanned or typed by your staff, your counter QR, your register, a paid online order, or confirmed on the job. Customer check-ins are shown separately. If a friend or creator referred the visit, you can dispute it for 7 days before you pay them.

    05See what happened

Claims and confirmed visits by deal, hour and zone, every week.

    In storeShops and restaurants

The code is used at your counter.

On the jobMobile, delivery and catering

Cleaners, mechanics, caterers and delivery confirm the code when they do the job.

    OnlineOnline stores

A one-time discount code at your online checkout, such as WooCommerce. The paid order is the visit.

Referral and creator payouts go from your card to the referrer through Stripe. We never hold the money. Payouts are rolling out shop by shop.

hey how can I list my business?

    • what you sell, one line
    • your address, or the towns you cover

MiAmor Tortillas. Protein dessert wraps and catering, Hamilton. miamortortillas.ca
Listed in Hamilton: MiAmor Tortillas, protein dessert wraps and catering. I read your site and pulled the menu. A street address and a tray photo would make it stronger.
One thing left before anyone finds you: a deal. No deal, no pin on the map.
    what deal should I run?
Three that fit what you sell:
    1. 15% off the 4-pack, students near McMaster, Tuesday 2 to 5. Why: your slow afternoon, and a campus that can walk over.
    2. $5 off a catering tray, first-time customers. Why: your biggest item, so dollars off reads better than a percent.
    3. Free wrap after 3 visits this month, returning customers. Why: brings regulars back.
Any of them can carry rules: first-time or returning, days and hours, a zone from 50 m to 20 km, a cap like “first 50”, an end date, a one-question poll before the code. Reply YES, YES 2 or YES 3, or change anything.
YES, make the zone 1 km
Live: 15% off the 4-pack for students near McMaster, 1 km, Tuesday 2 to 5. You're on the map. Each claim is a one-time code: staff scan it at your counter QR, or text REDEEM and the code. Text STATS any time.

    Owner FAQ

The questions shop owners ask first.

    What if nobody asks?

You pay nothing on Free, and your listing stays up. Claims only count when someone picks your deal.

    What does my staff do?

When a customer shows a code, your staff scan it with the app, type it in, or text REDEEM and the code to Lucilla. That marks it used, once. You can add team members so they do it from their own phone.

What do I pay if I get zero claims?

Your plan price and nothing else: on Free that is $0 USD. No plan bills per claim, and there is no fee on reward claims.

Who pays the friend bonus, and when?

You do, from your card, and only for a visit your shop confirmed at the counter. You set the amount per visit and a monthly cap for the whole shop. You have 7 days to dispute a referred visit before it is paid. The payout goes through Stripe to the friend or creator; Lucilla never holds the money.

Does it work with my POS?

Square and Lightspeed connect today, so a deal can ring up at the till. Clover and Toast are in review with their platforms. You don’t need a POS at all: staff scan or type the code, or text REDEEM and the code.

    Do I need the app?

There’s an app if you want it. You don’t need it. Listing, deals, codes and your weekly numbers all work by text or WhatsApp.
